Welcome to the 'Hot to Trott' team page as we walk to raise money in support for ALS research!
As many of you know, Tom Trott was diagnosed with ALS in early Spring 2017. His incredible sense of humor and daily positivity inspires everyone around him!
Our family is incredibly blessed to be surrounded by a wonderful community of friends in Scripps Ranch. The San Diego ALS Association has also been an incredible resource to us for education, guidance, and support.
We hope to see you out there at 8AM on October 20 for a beautiful walk around De Anza Cove! Please click 'join team' if you're able to attend. We are hosting a team lunch at the Trott Casa on Saturday, October 19 to distribute shirts. Please text us your T-shirt size! More deets to follow.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow and breathe.
Every 90 minutes a person in this country is diagnosed with ALS and every 90 minutes another person will lose their battle against this disease. ALS occurs throughout the world with no racial, ethnic, or socioeconomic boundaries.
